Driveway specialists

Most of what we seal is driveways.

Paver driveways take the worst of it: full afternoon sun, oil drips and tires scrubbing sand out of the joints. That's the job we do every day, and we've built our process around it.

  • Degreasing for oil and tire marks before anything is sealed
  • Polymeric sand in every open joint so pavers stay tight
  • Sealer chosen for vehicle traffic and full-sun exposure
  • Written cure times so you know exactly when to park

Protect your investment

Why seal your pavers?

Driveways, patios, pool decks and walkways all take a beating outdoors. Sealing adds a protective layer so they keep their color, stay tight and last longer.

Sun & fading

Strong sun bleaches the color out of bare pavers. Sealer works like sunscreen and keeps them from turning pale.

Heat

Bare pavers weather quickly in extreme heat. A sealed surface holds up better summer after summer.

Monsoon water

Storm water soaks into unsealed pavers and washes sand from the joints. Sealing helps water run off instead of in.

Weeds & lost sand

When joint sand washes away, weeds move in and pavers start to shift. Sealing helps keep the sand in place.

Oil & stains

Oil, spills, pool chemicals and water spots soak into bare stone. On sealed pavers they wipe up instead of setting in.

How it works

Faded to finished in four steps.

Same process on every job, so results are consistent — whether it's a single walkway or a full driveway.

FAQ

Paver sealing questions, answered.

Still wondering about something? Call or text (480) 810-9826, or see all FAQs.

Can you seal pavers in the Phoenix summer?

Yes. During hot months we start at sunrise, while surfaces are cool enough for the sealer to go down evenly and cure properly. We never seal a surface that's too hot.

How soon can I drive on a sealed paver driveway?

Usually after 24–48 hours, and foot traffic after 4–6 hours. We give exact times for the sealer used on your job.

Wet look or natural finish?

Your choice. Wet-look sealer deepens color with a satin sheen; natural sealer protects without changing the look. We bring samples to your quote.

How does sealing extend the life of my pavers?

Sealer adds a protective layer to your driveway, patio, pool deck or walkway. It slows sun fading, keeps water and stains from soaking in, and helps hold the joint sand in place so pavers don't shift or sprout weeds. Less wear means your pavers stay in good shape longer.

How often should pavers be resealed?

It depends on how much sun and traffic they get — a driveway or pool deck in full sun usually needs it sooner than a shaded patio or walkway. We'll recommend a schedule after seeing your pavers, and our free reseal reminder keeps you on track so the protection never wears off.

Do you install or repair pavers?

No. We specialize in cleaning, re-sanding and sealing. If pavers need resetting or replacing, we'll tell you honestly before we quote.
