General
Can you seal pavers in the Phoenix summer?
Yes. During hot months we start at sunrise, while surfaces are cool enough for the sealer to go down evenly and cure properly. We never seal a surface that's too hot.
How soon can I drive on a sealed paver driveway?
Usually after 24–48 hours, and foot traffic after 4–6 hours. We give exact times for the sealer used on your job.
Wet look or natural finish?
Your choice. Wet-look sealer deepens color with a satin sheen; natural sealer protects without changing the look. We bring samples to your quote.
How does sealing extend the life of my pavers?
Sealer adds a protective layer to your driveway, patio, pool deck or walkway. It slows sun fading, keeps water and stains from soaking in, and helps hold the joint sand in place so pavers don't shift or sprout weeds. Less wear means your pavers stay in good shape longer.
How often should pavers be resealed?
It depends on how much sun and traffic they get — a driveway or pool deck in full sun usually needs it sooner than a shaded patio or walkway. We'll recommend a schedule after seeing your pavers, and our free reseal reminder keeps you on track so the protection never wears off.
Do you install or repair pavers?
No. We specialize in cleaning, re-sanding and sealing. If pavers need resetting or replacing, we'll tell you honestly before we quote.
What areas do you serve?
The Phoenix Valley, including Phoenix, Scottsdale, Paradise Valley, Tempe, Mesa, Chandler, Gilbert, Glendale, Peoria, Surprise, Goodyear, Queen Creek, San Tan Valley, Coolidge and Casa Grande. Enter your ZIP code in the service-area checker to confirm.
Are quotes really free?
Yes. We visit, measure and give you a written price with no obligation.
Do I need to be home during the job?
No. We just need access to the area and the water spigot. We'll text you before we start and when we finish.
Driveway Sealing
How much does it cost to seal a paver driveway in Phoenix?
Price depends on size, condition and finish. Use the estimate calculator for a ballpark, then we confirm on a free on-site visit.
When can I park on my driveway after sealing?
Typically after 24–48 hours. We give exact times for the sealer used on your job.
Can you remove oil stains before sealing?
We degrease and treat oil stains before sealing. Fresh stains lift best; very old stains may lighten rather than disappear, and we'll tell you what to expect up front.
Paver Sealing
How long does paver sealer last in Arizona?
It depends on sun exposure, traffic and the sealer used. We recommend a reseal interval for your surface, and our free reseal reminder lets you know when it is due.

Paver Cleaning
What is efflorescence on pavers?
A white, chalky residue left when water carries natural salts to the paver surface and evaporates. It's cosmetic and can be removed with the right cleaner.
Will pressure washing damage my pavers?
It can with too much pressure or a narrow nozzle. We use a rotary surface cleaner at appropriate pressure and replace any joint sand that comes out.
Should I seal after cleaning?
Sealing right after cleaning protects the result and slows stains and efflorescence from coming back.
Polymeric Sand
Does polymeric sand stop weeds completely?
It greatly reduces weeds and ants by hardening the joint, though windblown seeds can occasionally root on the surface. Those pull out easily.
Can you add polymeric sand without sealing?
Yes, but we recommend sealing afterward to protect both the pavers and the new joints.
Concrete Sealing
Will sealer make my concrete slippery?
We choose finishes suited to the area and can add anti-slip additive on pool decks and walkways.
Do you repair cracked concrete?
No — we focus on cleaning and sealing. If you have structural cracks, we'll tell you before quoting.
Pressure Washing
How often should I pressure wash my pool deck?
It depends on use and landscaping; many homeowners do it once or twice a year. Every reseal includes a full clean first.
Do you wash houses or roofs?
No — we focus on hardscape: pavers, concrete, pool decks and walls.
Reseal Reminder
What is the reseal reminder?
A free follow-up: about 2 years after we seal your pavers, we text or call to check in and schedule your reseal before the protection wears off.
Does it cost anything?
No. It comes with every seal. You only pay for a reseal if you decide to book one, at our regular price.
Why every 2 years?
In full Arizona sun, sealer wears down over time. Resealing around the 2-year mark keeps your pavers protected. If your surface is shaded or gets light traffic, we may tell you it can wait.
Can I opt out?
Yes. Just tell us and we will not reach out.
